The Springfield Restaurant offers home-prepared food, with the emphasis on quality, choice and friendly service. Our Head Chef, Robert Hill, has designed new menus offering modern dishes with a Welsh twist, all individually priced with daily specials and plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free choices. We’re open every morning for coffee in the lounge and breakfast right through to 9.30pm at night (9.00 Sundays). Our Morning menu, with breakfast and fresh brunch items, starts at 7 am (8 am weekends) and the Main Restaurant and Bar menu starts at 12 Midday.

We offer a full wine list, a wide range of craft lagers, real ale, and bottled beers and a great selection of Gins and Vodkas, as well as a variety of quality soft drinks. The bar shows all the big sporting occasions with both Sky Sports and BT Sport.
