We’re currently not set up to accommodate pets in the rooms other than service Dogs. However, they are welcome in the bar and terrace area.

We’re more than happy to host events such as Private Dining, Family Celebrations, and Wakes. We do not currently offer live music or host Weddings or Conferences.

Yes, our guests are welcome to enjoy our leisure facilities. We’ve got a well-equipped gym, heated outdoor jacuzzi, and a sauna and spa area. Feel free to pop in anytime during operating hours, or if you’re after something extra, check out our spa treatments for that added touch of luxury. Please note, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Health Club or Spa facilities

You’re close to the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for stunning walks, historic Chester for a taste of Roman history, and Snowdonia National Park if you’re up for an adventure. We get it – plans change. You can modify or cancel your booking depending on the rate you’ve chosen. Some bookings will be pre-paid and cannot be cancelled or moved.Certain special offers may have restrictions.
